Her professional background includes Sales Management, Television, Radio, Marketing and Development for Non-profit organizations. With over 26 successful years in the professional world, she will be the first to tell you that abuse, disappointment and rejection never discriminates.  Her compassion for hurting people both spiritually and professionally has touched lives across the country through conferences, retreats and Bible studies.  This desire to reconcile, heal and see individuals embrace hope has been birthed out of her personal pain and process. Audiences are provoked to re-evaluate their own lives and how they impact the lives of those around them.

Phyllis is a mother with three children and three grandchildren.  She resides in Fayetteville, North Carolina where she is a member of Village Baptist Church.
